Absolutely love the design of this rug and the quality of the American Dakota products is always exceptional. But was most impressed with the proprietor of this store calling me within 15 minutes of me emailing to say I hadn’t received the rug . That was quite remarkable and I really appreciated the attention to a customers experience.
